Le Apartomatic – Directed by Wes Anderson

This commercial is brilliant! I absolutely love the work of Wes Anderson. The quirky humor. The art house aesthetic. The retro-production design. It just all hits some sort of cinema sweet spot for me. So whenever one of his commercials comes out (who can forget the awesome American Express Ad?) I always end up watching them a million (I of course mean that number literally) times on YouTube. His newest (co-directed by Roman Coppola) is for Stella Artois and it’s wonderful. It tells the story of a spy (or just a big tech-lover) on a date with a young lady that seems to be going very well. He excuses himself for a moment  when the lady touches some things she probably shouldn’t…
